When is Greenway Carting closed and what happens to my service on holidays?
We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Service will be delayed by one day if your collection falls on these holidays or the day after Thanksgiving.
How do I prepare oversized cardboard for pickup?
Break down cardboard boxes to a flat size of no more than 30 inches square.
When do I need to have my trash out for collection?
4 am on the day of collection, or you may put them out the night before.
Can Greenway Carting pick up items outside the cart?
Yes, if they're bagged, weigh under 50 pounds, and limited to two bags. Contact customer service for any item concerns.
What can I recycle with Greenway Carting?
Recyclable items include aerosol cans, aluminum cans, various papers, glass bottles/jars, cartons, paper boxes, milk containers, plastics 1-5 & 7, and corrugated cardboard, but not pizza boxes. For more information: http://www.recommunity.com/
